Business trips to regions designated as high-risk areas by the Robert-Koch-Institut will not take place. Business trips to other regions will only take place if absolutely necessary.
Whenever possible our employees will work from home.
Our sales team as well as our application lab is working as usual. In case of any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us or send us your samples, we will mark them for you!
Our customer service will assist you as far as possible, however there might be delays and shortages in the coming weeks. We ask for your understanding regarding possible inconveniences.
PHOTON ENERGY’s service technicians will from now on wear face masks during customer visits to prevent the possible spread of viruses. We kindly ask our customers to use face masks as well when directly interacting with our technicians.
