The combination of the laser marking system with the industrial robot “Horst” from Fruitcore Robotics facilitates an automatic loading of the workpieces into the marking area. Single part handling, as shown in the video, is just as possible as loading a tray with several workpieces.
The operation with the robot enables an even more efficient laser process and increases its flexibility and thus its overall economic viability.
The robot controls the fully automatic machine door and starts the laser process as soon as the workpiece is sucessfully placed in the marking area.
